However, I found the post-processed image (.../volumes/results/image_01_post_processed.nii.gz) looks strange when I tried to open the file using Fiji, as the attachment.
Could you let me know the right the way to open this file ?

Hello,

Thank you for pointing this out!
If the image comes from the repository, it's expected to look unusual. I accidentally replaced the correct one with a result generated by an untrained model during code testing.

The purpose of including these images was to provide the directory structure needed when cloning or forking the project, making it easier to understand and use the code directly.

You can reproduce the correct results by using the model trained on Vascusynth, which is available in the modeles directory.
