execute command causes 100% CPU spike

rtorrent stickz version 0.9.8-v6.0
docker version on aarch64 with SSD drive

I have CPU spikes every 5~10 seconds. Is it normal ?
It is ~0% between those spikes.
Here are screenshots of the exact moment when cpu goes high.

My .rtorrent.rc have some custom lines such as :

schedule2 = session_save, 1200, 43200, ((session.save))
ipv4_filter.load =  /data/blocklist.txt,unwanted
...

How could I investigate more about this ?

I enabled execute logs (log.execute = /rtorrent.execute.log) and found that erasedata plugin is the problem.

It launches a check every 5~10 seconds with the command :
sh -c 'php' '/var/www/rutorrent/plugins/erasedata/update.php' 'rtorrent' &
and loads cpu to 100% during about 2 secs.

Even if I disable the plugin in my user settings, it is launched for 'rtorrent' user.
I have to disable it globally with RU_REMOVE_CORE_PLUGINS=erasedata to stop the problem.

It comes from the $garbageCheckInterval = 15; which is run by 2 users : 'me' and 'rtorrent'. Therefore, interval is ~7seconds.
Is it normal to be run twice ? and to load this much cpu ?
update.php job is just to check if file exists in /erasedata

Should I open an issue about it ? here or in rutorrent repo ?

After further investigations it seems the cpu spike comes from the execute command of rtorrent.
Even the execute.throw.bg makes cpu go to 100% during 1 second.
Whatever the command sent in argument.
So php and erasedata plugin are NOT the cause of this.

I tested manually sending commands through xmlrpc.
