further automate genPLC Twincat project

Further automate the results of the genPLC script, so that instead of producing text files that must be copy/pasted into a Twincat project, you would actually product a Twincat project (maybe in tnzip format, or folders with XML files, which could then be imported to a new Twincat project and would contain the PLC and simulation objects with no manual steps). Mabye a pipe dream and only about 30 minutes of work each time, but...
