"All"-actions for entry indexes

Pretty simple request I guess, it would be great to allow selecting "all" entries rather than just the one on the current page (max 100) .

Essentially, this would make it easier to delete, duplicate or change the status of all entries instead of just the ones on the current page. This would be great for the "Trashed" view also, where sometimes we've seen up to 10 pages of trashed items (I know gc/run can clean these, but would be great to be able to do a more selective thing from the UI)
