I was wondering if it could be possible to restore or even add dithering to games. Let's say you have a dedithered bin file of a game but you deleted the original file along the way, so instead of ripping your games again or download the file from internet it would be more convenient to simply restore the dithering. Now, the real reason I'm presenting this case is to add dithering to games that do not make use of it at all, specifically Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3. I have noticed the clear color banding those game present even if it is not bothersome while displaying on a CRT. I'm just being curious, that's all. Thanks for your consideration.
