This seems distributed in various Chile provinces with decent prevalence.

There is a second Kp.3.1.1 branch (MC.24) gaining F65S along with 261V and 690H in Taiwan (A3463G, A23632T, A23851G) proposing it now:

100 now but prevalence down around 6% in December in Chile
