Readme is 9mo out of date

The Readme.md was last updated 9 months ago. Since then, a lot of changes have happened.
Due to the lack of update, the website shows different information than the readme, causing confusion at least in one case for me.

It'd be good, if the readme lineage information was removed and replaced by a pointer to the website: https://cov-lineages.org/lineages
