[Feature]: rollback is a slow process with little information.

Summary

The rollback process is very slow. Providing some logs on what is happening with potentially a progress update would be helpful to see what is going on

provide information about at what stage the rollback is at.

Also im not sure why it takes so long. I thought we would be able to make it instant or close to.
