Certain user able to edit certain field - 'allowed editors' inside the fields

Feature Description

I want to add the 'allowed editors' option in the fields config. I want to set up a specific user group able to edit specific fields. If the option is empty then anyone is able to edit the field or if I add a user group then the user group is able to edit the field only.

Anyone help me, please?
