Hi,
We are currently on a POC with cortex and trying to deploy it to our kubernetes cluster. I noticed that the docker image offered by cortex is root image and there is no non-root images available. I tried using security to run the containers with specific User IDs with no luck.
The docker image also doesn't mention about any USER --> https://github.com/cortexproject/cortex/blob/master/build-image/Dockerfile
We have Policies within our K8s clusters which prevents us from running root containers/images..
Can someone please confirm if there is a possibility to run cortex deployments with non-root privileges. ?
