Add a task to merge test branch on iblscripts #61

Currently we have to manually merge changes on iblscripts when merging into ibllib. This could be streamlined:

user creates feature branch on ibllib
user create branch with same name on iblscripts
when tests passing and ibllib feature branch is merged, automatically merge test branch on iblscripts
