JVM 17.0.8.1+8-LTS crashes "co.elastic.apm.exception"

Describe the bug

The JVM crashes, apparently it depends on Elastic APM agent but because it is transparent to the developer I can't be sure.

To Reproduce

I don't have a way to reproduce that; we developed a REST application and we use ES APM to track errors, performance and so on.

Expected behavior

JVM doesn't crash

Version [OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (17.0.8.1+8-LTS) for linux-aarch64 JRE (17.0.8.1+8-LTS) Corretto 17]
