2020-08-19: gather status update for Fedora Council

The Fedora Council has a status reporting system in place for the various Editions to raise awareness of what is going on in each one. We should compile some new information that we want to publicize once a month and share it by updating the https://pagure.io/Fedora-Council/status_reports/blob/master/f/modules/dashboard/pages/editions/fcos.adoc file.

The next one will be done in the weekly meeting on 2020-08-19.

We discussed this during the meeting today. We did it a week early because we're planning to do something different next week during our meeting that should take the whole time. Here's our update:

• Added Wireguard to the base OS. Documentation in progress: Configuring WireGuard Documentation fedora-coreos-docs#150
• Split out our PXE initramfs and rootfs into separate artifacts: Publish the initrd and rootfs images separately for PXE booting #390
• ISO artifacts now embed exact initramfs/rootfs used for PXE: buildextend-installer: ship live PXE artifacts inside live ISO coreos-assembler#1643
• coreos-installer now has --save-partlabel and --save-partindex options to preserve specified partitions: Add partition preservation coreos-installer#321
• The ignition-dracut repo has been moved into ignition upstream: Move Ignition-Dracut into Ignition ignition#1039
• Ignition now has experimental LUKS support: doc: add LUKS examples & operator notes ignition#1060
• We added better Vultr and OpenStack support in Afterburn 4.5.0: https://github.com/coreos/afterburn/releases/tag/v4.5.0
• We started a framework for docs for our upstream projects, starting from Zincati: https://coreos.github.io/zincati/
• We ran a hackfest at Nest with Fedora (this year's version of Flock) and had great participation
