It has been recently discussed in the Talk pages that quasars sometimes seem to move in WISEview. See:

It's not the first time this has been asked (https://www.zooniverse.org/projects/coolneighbors/backyard-worlds-cool-neighbors/talk/5229/2983397?comment=4900487), and since quasars look a lot like brown dwarfs in the WISEview images, it might make sense to add it to the FAQ.

Another case in Subject 91151884 proving the usefulness of adding this to the FAQ. :)
