Package doctrine/cache is deprecated and with contributte/doctrine-orm#110 and contributte/doctrine-dbal#86 it is no longer needed for ORM nor DBAL integrations.

I think this package should be eventually marked as deprecated too.

Before deprecating, it would be good to remove it from following packages:

I don't want to deprecated this package, but you're right, Doctrine Cache is deprecated ATM.
