[Accessibility] No keyboard navigation and focus for first elements in printing dialog

1. start Printing Enhanced Sample
2. open the printing enhanced dialog
3. Navigate into the dialog with TAB Key only

Expected Result

The elements in the dialog can be accessed via the keyboard and the focus is indicated clearly.

Actual Result

After the x at the top of the dialog, the focus is probably on the dialog content because the scrollbar can be operated via the up/down key. The first three elements “Settings/”Map only“/”Results” cannot be accessed via the keyboard and do not receive the focus.
