Currently the lib only supports a subset of markdown elements https://github.com/contentful-labs/keepachangelog/blob/master/src/builder.js#L47-L62 and doesn't handle things like bulletlist https://github.com/evilstreak/markdown-js/blob/master/src/render_tree.js#L168

Maybe unknown elements could be just reprinted as parsed?
