Unable to update, server misbehaving #2075

Describe the bug

Did a fresh reinstall of the system, never seen that error before. Appears everytime a new update is available.
I did not found any similar issue, hope there is not.

Docker version 27.5.1, build 9f9e405

Hi, I have the same issue, i changed the config to see if it's because of the rate limitation of docker hub, I'll see tomorrow morning if after my limit resets everyhing came back to normal
