Cannot enter any containers previously made before the Silvertree point release. It returns the error "Failed to initialize container."

FAILS: fedora:fedora/39/x86_64/silverblue
Version: 39.20240408.0 (2024-04-08T01:47:01Z)

WORKS: fedora:fedora/39/x86_64/silverblue
Version: 39.20240407.0 (2024-04-07T00:52:53Z)

Steps how to reproduce the behaviour

  1. On an earlier version than the failed OS version, create a container
  2. Update the OS to the latest version: Version: 39.20240408.0 (2024-04-08T01:47:01Z)
  3. In Terminal, type toolbox enter [container_name]
  4. See error

Expected behaviour
What is expected is the terminal to enter the container without error.

Actual behaviour
error shown "Failed to initialize container [container_name]"

Is this still a problem? Could you please show us at least the last 5 to 10 lines?

I wonder if this was somehow related to #1512
