Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe

All users list images, often, either directly or through other functions needing a list of images. As a result it is one of the most frequently sent telemetry events, so it's not really useful (because everyone does it), and we had already disabled it to reduce event volume some time ago.

Describe the solution you'd like

It's time to fully remove this telemetry event.
