Can you install podman desktop with HyperV and without WSL?

Bug description

Trying to download and use Podman Desktop on a Windows Server 2019 Hyper V system. Tried to set the machine to Hyper V, but still getting Windows Version Error (need WSL2) on Podman Desktop GUI.
