Hi,
we are provisioning confluentinc-kafka-connect-s3 as part of a Terraform module automation.

resource "aws_mskconnect_custom_plugin" "my_custom_plugin" {
  name         = "name"
...
  location {
    s3 {
      bucket_arn = "artifacts-bucket"
      file_key   = file_name_downloaded_with_curl_and_copied_to_s3
    }
  }
  description = var.custom_plugin_desc
  timeouts {}
}

We download it with
"curl -LO https://d2p6pa21dvn84.cloudfront.net/api/plugins/confluentinc/kafka-connect-s3/versions/10.5.15/confluentinc-kafka-connect-s3-10.5.15.zip"

then copy it to S3.

ISSUE - the d2p6pa21dvn84 part of the link above is not permanent.
Question - how can we make it work for us every time we want to download it?
