plugin forgets what gist file belongs to #179

About every other day I have to re-"Add file to gist". I'm not sure whats causing gist to forget to what file a gist belongs.

You mean you want to update a gist using a local copy and it keeps forgetting which online gist is associated with the file? Maybe this is by design, e.g. for privacy reasons, or because of simpler implementation (you don't need a database). Edit: I just read the description of the features (I'm new to this plugin, I just like to check issues for new software when I consider using it) and the design intent is clear - the plugin should remember published gists.
