General comment:

I would like to test aarch64 and arm64 builds for a staged-recipe in PR stage, before it's merged.

How do I do this? The docs I could find seem to only apply to recipes that have their own feedstock stage: https://conda-forge.org/blog/2020/10/29/macos-arm64/#how-to-add-a-osx-arm64-build-to-a-feedstock

Can you give a bit of background why you would want it already on staged-recipes? Wouldn't it suffice to develop this on the feedstock?
