Under CERN OHL-S-v2, derivative work must be publicly released as defined in subsection 3.3
The "Pwr Diff Breakout" board has four single Differental Reciever outputs with power on two CAT5 pins. It pugs in to a 4 output differental output. It works with the "Single_Receiver_Out". All the design files are open source and available on github.
