Describe the bug

Can't reach my red panda kit and car with openpilot. When connecting car OBDII and harness black box-> red panda ->USB A-A cable> laptop, the panda starts blinking green, but when I try to launch the UI, the panda blinks red once and the light turns off. Then in the opened UI window I see "no panda" and it also disappears from the USB list in openpilot. All the steps made according to github openpilot webcam instructions.
