Initially I wanted to include buttons below the timeline but it didn't feel like a UX similar to the previous version of connect. I also felt that it would be nice to not only have the ability to upload on routes but also from the Dashboard as well.
I'll move out of draft once upload logic is implemented. I mostly wanted to show my design choice for this to get some input.
