Controlling which subprojects to be included in GenIdea

Hi, I'm new to mill and I'm still discovering. So far it's awesome! 😄

I'm using intellij, and mill mill.scalalib.GenIdea/idea works great.

I wonder though, if it's possible to control which subproject to be included in the created idea file, because for libraries doing cross-builds with matrices (scala versions / platforms) I find it hard to control which subproject is loaded with which scalaVersion or platform.

If such feature doesn't exist, I'm happy to contribute if it sounds useful to others too.

Ah I found out that I can override skipIdea: Boolean for each project.
