The "New Connection" window does not have a help file associated with it #807

Steps to reproduce:

Build SavvyCAN per HOWTO: Installing Qt and building SavvyCAN on Linux #804
Launch SavvyCAN
Click on "Connection->Open Connection Window"
Click on "Add New Device Connection"
Press F1 key

Expected results:
Help file specific to the opens on the "New Connection" window which is displayed

Actual result:
The user must cancel and return to the previous window if he/she wants to view the context specific help for the connection options.
