Ah got it. For anyone else that finds this. My EVTVDUE was being picked up in device manager as an ArduinoDue board. It needs to be a USB Serial Port so you have to change the driver to the FTDI one found in the arduino IDE package. |

Hi All
I have just received an EVTVDUE board which i have installed GVRET fine. However when i open Savvycan and choose that board, all i get is "Serial connection to a GVRET device
Created Serial Port Object
Trying ESP32 Serial Mode
Beats me what happened to the serial port."
I do not know why this is. I'm using Savvycan V208.
Looking around it seems i might need to install ESP32RET, However i don't think i do as this is not an ESP32 board? It also doesnt seem to install as when i run the installer i get the attacherd error also.
I cannot seem to move forward from this point. I've tried everything i can. Can anyone shed any light on this please?
Thanks
Mathew
