Add Data Dictionary Throws Uncaught Fatal Error

Steps to reproduce this bug:

1. Navigate to /administrate/setup/DataDictionary/ListEntries
2. Click the "+" icon next to the "New data dictionary entry for objects" box.

Actual result:

Response, "There was an uncaught fatal error. Please contact your system administrator and check the CollectiveAccess log files."

Log, "ERROR --> ApplicationException: No user interface is available for this editor"

Using dev/php8

Try creating a user interface for the record type.

I'd be happy to do that. I was just thinking this could be made into a soft feedback response rather than an uncaught fatal error?
