Object Rep "New UI" Editor Has No Fields by Default

I didn't realize there was anything under the Media representations "Edit" link because it was blank after upgrading to dev/php8.

Nothing showed up in there until I used User Interfaces list to edit the Object Editor, find the Media representations element, and modify its settings. Even though it pre-populates a few selections on that screen, they seem to have no effect until someone touches them for the first time.
