Common tasks and "get info" panel

Add a new panel to the IDE (like the already existing ones for file tree and debug) that will allow to do all sorts of common tasks from one place, e.g:

• Pack ZODB
• Reindex catalog
• Update security
• Start, restart, stop Zope
• Reload code (plone.reload or sauna.reload)
• etc

Also, be able to get information about the site, e.g:

• Catalog size (number of objects)
• Number of objects per content-type
• Perhaps a wizard to do a quick (advanced) search in the catalog ?
• etc

The new panel is there, and the start, restart, stop Zope too... the other stuff it's not.
