Error messages if project title contains non-ascii-characters

If a project title contains non-ascii-characters Plone Software Center fails to render a site / project. I stumbled over this error, because a user created projects with titles like: Dictionnaire français «Classique & Réforme 1990».
If Plone Software Center uses the view by project (with the search bar), the user gets an error message, when he go to the home page of the PSC. You can trigger this message, if you add /by-category to the URL of the PSC (if it's not already there). The error message in this view sounds like this:

UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 144: ordinal not in range(128)

You can work around this error message and display the PSC to the user again, if you change the view of the PSC to "plonesoftwarecenter_view" in the ZMI (Properties of your PSC). But that is possibly not what you want to present to the user (because of the different layout).

After you have changed the view to plonesoftwarecenter_view, you will get an error message, if you click on one of the projects with the non-ascii-character-title:

The error could be solved currently only by rewriting the title of the project to ascii-characters. There is a missing definition for the title, that it is a utf-8-string.
