Adding a link to the character creation guide

Acceptance Criteria
A working link should be visible on the left sidebar

Describe the solution you'd like
A simple new link pointing to http://book.dwgazetteer.com/character_creation.html should suffice

Describe alternatives you've considered
There is another issue for an interactive guide to creation but I think this could work as an MVP
