Guide user in setting up new character form

Guide user
When a user hits the website it would be nice if we had a guide that would walk them through how the form works.

Acceptance Criteria
Guide the user through a new experience.

Describe the solution you'd like
A guided tour clicking the buttons for the user and showing them all of the features.

Describe alternatives you've considered
We could always release a video walking users through a step by step guide. We could include this as a popup the first time the user visits the site.
