Interpret and Permissions Failing in Demo Site

POST requests to both https://aquascope.willcrichton.net/permissions and https://aquascope.willcrichton.net/interpreter are failing with an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error in my browser. This seems to be the likely source of additional errors (one for each request, I think).
