I noticed a mistake in the ppklite.rb File under origami-pdf/lib/origami/parsers/ppklite.rb.
In line 44 addrbm.revisions.first.trailer = parse_trailer - this line should be addrbk.revisions.first.trailer = parse_trailer

addrbm should be changed to addrbk
