Index component support

Laravel 8.x introduces Anonymous index component to allow component use index as its parent component. I was wondering if your extension to allow discovery of an index component?

@codingyu I would like to provide more info regarding this. See below that it finds correctly the components inside the folder, but it does not find the index one (we don't need to provide .index for the x-table). It would be a nice touch indeed to be able to jump to the index file as well. Thanks for your time.
