Conference logs on ctor are not working

Feasible solutions:

• Enable logging on cjr
• Update ctor engine / config to use new logs
• Move 0xd34df00d's logging infrastructure (full history, DeadBot, etc) to codingteam domain Don't think that's feasible.
• Check if timezone setting is right
• (Show conference logs in a more convenient way codingteam.org.ru#27) Yog Sothoth (or another compatible logger)
• (Add log archive codingteam.org.ru#62) Extract log backups from 0xd34df00d.me when it starts again

This is because they are taken from http://0xd34df00d.me/logs/chat/codingteam%40conference.jabber.ru/ and http://0xd34df00d.me/ is currently down.

btw it would be fine to enable cjr logging as backup source of history, even when everything goes right

Current simplified plans are listed in codingteam/codingteam.org.ru#27 (comment). Also, I'll contact Jabber.ru administration to enable the conference logs.

Thanks to @oxpa, now we have logs at http://chatlogs.jabber.ru/[email protected]/2016/12/09.html

@gsomix, you may use them for now. I'll update the site configuration to use these instead of 0xd34df00d soon.
