实际部署的时候，tx-manager是否可以集群配置？
【version = 3.0.1】
当实际的客户端下的tx.properties文件中声明的url对应的tx-manager已经宕机或者工作异常，是否有实际解决办法？
1.url的配置可以灵活设置
2.tx-manager 可以集群配置
3.可以依靠其他中间件
