Not compatible for IOS Browsers #1

Issue - Unable to use the app in IOS Browsers safari/chrome. Should be able to record in webm format in IOS.

Probable Reason - const mimeType = 'video/webm; codecs="opus,vp8"';

The webm format is not allowed by IOS so it is required to use mp4 format here.

But what changes are required to run the code on IOS browser with webm format ?
