Auto Restart a failed Module

Is it possible to automatically restart a module that crashes while running? Or maybe a feature that can be built into a future release.

You could issue a service restart when the API calls start throwing errors.

This is all new to me, is there an easy way to accomplish this? I'm using CPAI primarily with Blueiris.

I'm using Agent DVR and to be sure CPAI keeps working i issue this command everytime i update Agent DVR to restart the CPAI windows service: powershell -Command "Restart-Service 'CodeProject.AI Server'"

If you want to restart a single module you could also look into the API docs. Posting a setting i think restarts a module

I guess I would need to find something to monitor failures and then bounce the service. What that would be idk and I'm not entirely sure where the errors would even be I'm assuming there is a log somewhere.

Use the API. For example the FaceProcessing module on http://localhost:32168/v1/settings/FaceProcessing gives a status. In my example:
