SSI Version 3 Bugs

• The splash screen is cropped. HCAI doesn't fully show up and Code for Pakistan below powered by text is hidden.
• Need to update the hospital list to a newer one as mentioned in doc.
• After selecting a hospital, if I want to change the hospital and go back, the application shouldn't close when I press the back button on mobile.
• In the HCAIs screen, the SSI Rate should appear below the Surgical Site Infection Form button.
• When I selected Bacha Khan Hospital, the surgeon list showed the PIMS surgeons
• Patient Address Field is not updated yet.
• In the Patient Address Help Text, update the text to 'Enter the address of the patient'
• In the Has SSI Event Criteria been Met? field, remove the text in brackets. Also it should be auto display instead of radio. buttons. Also capitalize the 'b' in been to 'B'.
• The bullet points in Type of SSI field are missing their respective help icon text.
• In Superficial Surgical Site Infection subfield, the first option of 'Date of Event Occurs within 30 Days of Procedure' should be selected automatically. Same goes for Deep Surgical Site Infection. In either case, whichever option the user chooses, should have the event date option selected.
• Has SSI Been Detected should be autoselected and displayed. Also capitalize the 'b' in been to 'B'.
• In Wound Class, the options are changed to radio buttons with ellipses starting after the dash. The dash is just a mark to show where the ellipse should start. Remove it when you are adding this to the JSON file.
• Pre-op Hemoglobin Level field doesn't show the ranges as mentioned in the doc.

• Decolonization Done field is dependent upon when in the MRSA Screen Results options, Yes is selected. MRSA screen has one cascaded field. Help Icon text is missing in the Decolonization Done field.
• Help icon text is missing in Patient Surgical Skin Preparation, Post-op Hospital Stay, Prophylactic Antibiotic Appropriate (It is added to the field in the form instead), Additional Dose During Procedure (It is added to the field in the form instead), Present at the Time of Surgery (It is added to the field in the form instead), Maintenance of Postoperative Normothermia (It is added to the field in the form instead) and Maintenance of Postoperative Glucose Control At Days 1 & 2 Post-Op (It is added to the field in the form instead) fields.
• It's Pre-op Temperature not Peri-op Temperature in Step 8.
• Remove extra space in the Secondary Bloodstream Infections title.
• In Secondary Bloodstream Infection, when click on Yes, the cascaded fields don't show up.
• Need to add surgeon names from the list to their respective hospital form.
• In Secondary Bloodstream infection, by default the fields should be hidden but when I select No, the remaining fields go into hiding. Also when I select No, the Pathogen Classification field still appears on the form.
• End the dependency of Wards on Department.

"f you want to change the hospital, go to the menu, click 'Home,' and then select the hospital. Once the hospital is selected, we preserve that information for user convenience, which is why we don't allow it to be reset by simply clicking the back button. If someone wants to enter multiple surveys for a single hospital, they won't have to select the hospital every time they accidentally press the back button or submit a survey.

Why @bushramustafa it's only visible to admins and they will be like 3,4 persons?

In dev db, we have attached more than one hospital to those Dr's, we can sync the live db users to dev so it look consistent but functionality is there
