Cannot delete SEPs after reconnecting

If I set an SEP, then disconnect and reconnect, I can't delete the existing SEP anymore. Requires a restart to clear the list.

I am not able to reproduce the problem. Please attach the following two files for diagnostics:
Debug service log:
/QIBM/UserData/IBMIDEBUGSERVICE/DebugService_log.txt

Debug service Eclipse instance log:
/QIBM/UserData/IBMIDEBUGSERVICE/startDebugService_workspace/.metadata/.log

These files can get very long. It is better to delete the old contents before trying to reproduce the problem, so that we have a shorter log that reflects the current operations.
