This has a deadline of the end of 2023!

We need to stop using Launch Configurations, they are obsolete.

Was quite fiddly to get the network interface settings right!

This will be resolved by #1101

Note, due to a bug in the Ansible module "migration" builds will fail, you will need to manually clear down the old instances with launch configs attached to them. Once you have done that future builds will work find.
