Options for intermediate/more experience students

codebar + Chingu remote group project team.

• Give students, the experience to do a group project, which is also useful for career switchers and aspiring first role in tech.

• Direct more experience students onto this track, to allow more students (new to code) access to coaches at the workshop. (the team can get support on the team project as a team with a coach.)

• give these students more confidence to transfer to become a coach in the future.

• Give an opportunity for coaches to develop soft skills in team and project management.

Questions:

• Could we ask each chapter to also advocate this opportunity?
• Brainstorm for suggestions for the best practice to access support from coaches, for codebar team project with Chingu.

Total 8 responses, 7 from students and 1 from a coach

• 75% are available for May 1st cohort.
• 87.5% are interested in participating in a developer role.
• all responses can commit as part-time (10-20 hours a week)
