Coach numbers are low across all chapters, let's discuss how we can address this?

Someone on Slack just asked whether we had a new coaches workshop. We don't but that could be a good way to help some students transition to coach.

  • codebar Open Day every 3 months
  • coach focused events/coach training regularly
  • coach video
  • More grouped sessions rather than 1:1 for absolute beginners
  • New coaches - shadowing coaches
  • Use LinkedIn for getting more coaches
  • Reach out to previous hosts - Kim to put together an email template
  • Add something to the December newsletter
  • Coach onboarding session every 2 weeks.

Email to go out updating all orgs about the sponsor update - Mailchimp subscription
