To include in INFORMATII CAZ new variables (as specified in data dictionary) to address beneficiary medication and substance use, as follows:

Section Date medicale, after Starea de sanatate curenta (and associated observations fields):

Consum de substante beneficiar
Tip de substante consumate

Section Date medicale, right after contraception variables:

Alta medicatie curenta
Observatii medicatie curenta

Check data dictionary for details on each variable
