Implement a checkbox labeled "Include și cazurile în monitorizare" as depicted in the design (link) on the "Rapoarte statistice" page.
If the checkbox is selected -> the system should include in the reports the cases with status = Monitorizare, in addition to the cases with status = Deschis.
The default of the checkbox should be selected.
Implement an info component after the checkbox that will display a message in a tooltip at hover as depicted in the design.
